Who is a good employer?

In my opinion, these are some reasons to rate an employer(not from my or any prospective employee of the company's pov but the company's pov itself):
1.Measuring the amount(both code and money) contributed to open-source/open-project like linux, apache, mysql, wikipedia etc.
2.If you can convince some big open source guys to work for you. Not just some big guys. Why, because open source guys have attitude.
3.The founders stick around till the death of the company or themselves not just leave after cashing out after IPO.
4.The most important of all, how many employees that leave the company come back again, because they cannot find a better place or feel at home elsewhere.

Comments:
Last one... best of all :) A company that can makes its employees feel at home and comfortable is the best place to work for, because once you find such a company, work becomes fun after that :)
