i have always found that govt (US or india) are not communicating among each other to optimize the resources. in chennai its very common scene for each dept to dig a whole on a road instead of co-ordinating on the schedule to just dig it once.
in the US, i have to send the same docs to dmv,uscis and everybody else who needs verification. why cant there be a trusted source which would push the info to other orgs.

why cant rockets be launched successfully every time? just like cars cant be mass produced? i guess its a country thing. sure, a country doesnt want to give away its procedure. but looks like thats not the issue, even with same proceudre every launch seems like a new discovery otherwise apollo itself would have repeated its own success.
hmm, there is some rocket science about building rockets.
